2 minutes to tram M10 which takes you to U1 / Kreuzberg
5 minutes closest supermarket
7 minute walk to U5 going to Alexanderplatz and beyond
15 minute walk to Boxhagener Platz - fleamarket, food market and many popular restaurants
15 minute walk to Ringbahn (circle line)

There are various restaurants around: Italian, Vietnamese, German, Turkish, a Burger joint, a cute chocolate shop, and cafes.

My neighbours are all very nice people with mixed backgrounds and are super chill. They never complain about anything.
