I’m subletting my flat for 3-4 weeks around June/July. I’m flexible with exact dates. The flat is stunning and is in the best location to enjoy Berlin to the fullest!
The price is for the full 4 weeks and would be lower in case of 3 weeks.

- strong WiFi and a large dining table in the living room as well as desk in bed room
- old beautiful house but just recently refurbished
- modern beautiful bathroom and spacious kitchen with all the needed equipment
- wooden floor and black white tiles in bath/kitchen
- quiet bedroom with a large bed and bright living room

Location
- I can’t even count the number of restaurants, cafes and bar within 5min walking distance :)
- a lively park next door
- tram station and U1, U5, S1/2/5/7/9

It’s important to me that you treat my space with care and do not party or invite strangers into the flat. I moved in not too long ago and have created a comfortable and beautiful space and it would be sad if something breaks, stains or other occurring trouble :)
