Beautiful apartment in the heart of Berlin with only a 10 minute walk from a great variety of bars, restaurants and close to the famous Volkspark Friedrichshain. With good access to different transportation options, you can reach most of Berlin sightseeings within 30 minutes.

The apartment is on the top floor which leaves you with a beautiful view from the balcony. It is a quiet, safe and bright place with a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven and the necessary kitchen appliances. There is a washing machine available for use. The bathroom consists of a shower and bathtub in one. The bedroom has a 160x200 comfortable boxspring bed and closet. In the living room there is a dining table, TV and comfortable couch to relax on. The place is perfect for a couple, two friends or to enjoy alone.

There are two supermarkets within a 5 min walk (open till 22:00). There is a spati around the corner which is (usually) also open on Sundays. There are multiple restaurants with different cuisines within a 10 minute walk. Volkspark Friedrichshain is a 15 minute walk. The lively area Boxhagener platz (Boxi) is an 18 minute walk.

Please note. It is not accessible for people who have trouble walking stairs as there is no elevator. There is a fan in the room but no air conditioning so on warm days it can get hot.
