The location is perfect, offering easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. Shops nearby.

• One king-size bed (new, with a new mattress).
• One queen-size bed with custom-built storage underneath.
• Bathroom: features a bathtub.
• Kitchen: custom-made and fully equipped with everything you need for comfortable cooking.

• Access to a huge common garden with bike storage.
• Tenants often relax here, enjoy barbecues, beers, and good company.
• Bed sheets, cooking utensils, and all essentials are provided for your short-term stay.
The location is a-amazing. It's in a quiet street (!) next to Frankfurter Tor (!). There you have access to trams and U5. S-bahn is two tram stops away. So you're really in the center of everything , but without noise. Clubs, bars, that's all around here, 5 minutes walk.
All the shops are near-by, a big Spati / bakery is 30 seconds walk, Edeka 2 minutes walk and Rewe and Lidl 5-10 minutes.
If you're into that, the second-hand store Humana on three floors is 3 minutes walk.
This is just a short-term rental, so keep that in mind. However, it’s still much cheaper than Airbnb, which is a great deal for the area.
I’ll make sure to leave the apartment clean and tidy before you move in, and I expect you to do the same when your rental period ends. It’s important to keep the space nice for everyone.
Also, please be mindful of the neighbors—they’re very sensitive to noise. For this reason, strictly no parties are allowed in the apartment. I really appreciate your understanding!
