The Flat is located in one of the most beautiful areas of berlin called Stralau. It is a peninsula near Ostkreuz, very green and quiet, but is also super close (15 min walking) to main streets of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, treptower Park,etc. It´s very close to the Spree and it´s perfect for taking long walks and enjoying the scene.

Apartment : My flat is fully equiped including a TV, washing machine, bathtub, dishwaser, ps5 :) , guitar, I will also leave a big monitor in case you need to work. It has 2 available Bedrooms, big living room, a balcony with a beautiful view to the spree. Its in the 1st floor, but a elevator is also included if you need it.

We can arrange a time for you to visit or make a video call. It´s not possible to register (Anmeldung) on the apartment.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer der schönsten Gegenden Berlins, Die Halbinsel Stralau. Es ist eine Halbinsel in der Nähe von Ostkreuz, sehr grün und ruhig, aber auch super nah (15 min zu Fuß) an Hauptstraßen mit Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkten, Treptower Park, etc. Es ist sehr nah an der Spree und perfekt, um lange Spaziergänge zu machen und die Szene zu genießen.
