Wir zwischenvermieten unsere wunderschöne, voll eingerichtete und super helle Wohnung für 2 Monate ab November 2024. Ein kürzerer Mietzeitraum ist möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines sehr ruhigen vollsanierten Altbaus. Die große Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd mit Backrohr), ebenso das Badezimmer (Dusche & Badewanne, Waschmaschine mit Trockner). Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit extra Schreibtisch, schönem Balkon und ein sehr ruhiges Schlafzimmer (rückseitig in Richtung Innenhof).
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. WLAN ist selbstverständlich dabei, genauso wie ein praktischer Radkeller. Außerdem kommt die Wohnung mit jeder Menge Pflanzen.. :)
Wir suchen jemanden der verantwortungsbewußt ist, großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ein Herz für Pflanzen hat und unsere kleine Oase respektvoll und sorgsam behandelt.

We're subleting our beautiful, fully furnished and super bright apartment for 2 months starting November 2024. A shorter lease could be possible also. Sorry: no "Anmeldung".
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a very quiet, fully renovated old building. The large kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, stove & oven), also the large bathroom (shower & bathtub, washing machine). The apartment feaatures a large living room with a beautiful balcony, extra desk and a very quiet bedroom (facing the courtyard).
Everything is tastefully furnished and very high-quality. WIFI is of course included, as well as a practical bike-cellar. The apartment also features lots of plants.. :)
We're looking for someone responsible, who cares about cleanliness, has a heart for plants and will treat our little oasis with respect and mindfulness.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Friedrichshain, wenige Gehminuten vom Boxhagenerplatz (Boxi), der U5 Frankfurter Tor, der M10 und der U/S-Bahn Station Warschauerstraße.
Rund um den Boxi gibt es unzählige Lokale, Bars, 2 Kinos, Plattenläden, kleine Geschäfte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Samstags findet am Boxi immer ein sehr schöner Markt mit vielen tollen Ständen mit Spezialitäten aus aller Welt, regionalen Produkten und Essensmöglichkeiten statt, Sonntags ein großer Flohmarkt mit riesiger Auswahl an 2nd Hand Mode, Büchern, Platten, Antiquitäten und Kunsthandwerk.
Es handelt sich um eine lebendige und super zentrale Lage in Berlins altem Osten.

The apartment is located in the heart of vibrant Friedrichshain, just a few minutes from famous Boxhagenerplatz (Boxi), U5 station Frankfurter Tor, M10 and subway/ S-Bahn station Warschauerstraße.
In the area of boxi you will find an abundance of restaurants & bars, 2 cinemas, record stores, small shops and shopping possibilities. Every Saturday on Boxi there's a nice market with lots of different stands and on Sundays a big fleamarket with a huge selection of 2nd hand clothes, books, records, antiques and handcrafted art.
It's a lively and very central location in Berlin's old east.
Friedrichshain und Berlin bieten unendliche Möglichkeiten zum Party machen. Friedrichshain ist das Zentrum der Berliner Technoszene: Berghain, Sisyphos, About Blank, Rummelsbucht, usw sind alle super easy zu erreichen.
Die Party muss allerdings stets außerhalb der Wohnung stattfinden: wir erlauben keine Parties zuhause!
Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und ruhig, einige haben junge Kinder, die Nachtruhe nach 22h ist also unbedingt einzuhalten. Rauchen könnt ihr am Balkon, aber natürlich nicht in der Wohnung selbst.

Friedrichshain and Berlin in general offer an abundance of party oportunities. Friedrichshain is the center of Berlins techno scene: Berghain, Sisyphos, About Blank, Rummelsbucht and others are super easy to reach.
The party has to stay outside of the apartment at all times though: we don't allow parties at home!
Our neighbors are very friendly and quiet, some have young children, so night rest after 10pm must be observed. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but of course not inside the apartment.
