Your room has a spacious and classy wooden desk, 1/2/3 pc-screen/s, 250 Watt Subwoofer Soundsystem, electric roller blends, curtains as it can be seen on the pictures. The space in all the furniture of course can be used.
The living room includes the kitchen and also is a very comfortable zone to spend time with friends or even alone. It is equipped with a very relaxed couch and chairs, a big apple desk-computer and a projector which both can be used to watch stuff over the internet. The projector has an HDMI input and you'll need a Laptop or Computer to use it. If you bring a TV, you can plug it in your room or in the living room to get digital TV-Signal.
The kitchen probably has everything u could need for cooking, baking or making smoothies. There is more than enough Glases, Mugs, Pots and Pans + kitchentools.
The numerous plants all over the balcony have a watering pump system connected, so you don't need to water them yourself daily.
The apartment generally is a hiqher quality construction and there is a quality wooden floor which needs to be treated with care. Still accidents can happen. That's why i would beg you to get a "Haftpflicht-Versicherung" / Liability insurance”, which only costs 50 EUR a year in Germany. Pls include glas and keyloss into that insurance, so both of us don't need to be worried.
The Appartement is located in a prospering part of Friedrichshain. It's literatelly surrounded by good Shopping-Options in 3 compass-directions. The "Ostkreuz" and more public transportation nodes around are to reach in under 10 minutes by foot. There is bars, restaurants, clubs, concerthalls, a boulder park, a skatepark and eventlocations around, but none of them is too near to have loud noise all night long :)
The Construction works around the apartment on the pictures are more far down the street now and almost finished.
