Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung super ruhig, da sie sich in einer absolut ruhigen Seitenstraße befindet und man somit von all dem Trubel im Kiez gar nicht mitbekommt :)

The tram and S-Bahn connections at Ostkreuz are also less than a 5-minute walk away. Despite the central location, the flat is super quiet, as it is located in an absolutely quiet side street and you don't even notice all the hustle and bustle in the neighbourhood :)

Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1100€ und beinhaltet auch Heizung, Strom und Internet. Es gibt also keine zusätzlichen Kosten.
Die Kaution beträgt 1650€.
