Not available long term, only 2-3 months (December till February/March).

We are renting out our lovely flat in Friedrichshain while we are on holiday. You'll have a little bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a light living room with couch, table, piano, Alexa sound system and plenty of plants. The little kitchen is connected to the living room.

Cleaning is included! A cleaning lady will come by every 14 days and clean the flat.

We are flexible with the dates. There is a possibility to already move in the last week of November. Also maybe we will stay away February, so it would be 3 months then. But we can chat about that :-)

Friedrichshain was recently voted as the best and coolest district in the world. You have a huge park round the corner and shops and restaurants/bars are all around. The flat is in a super quiet street and the windows go out the backyard so its very quiet and calm, you don't hear loud city sounds. The tram M10 is 1 min walking distance, the M8,M5 & M6 are 6min walking distance and the U5 and S-Bahn are 11min walking distance. So you are easily connected to every district in Berlin.
