The apartment is located in the rear building on the ground floor and is connected to the first floor via an internal spiral staircase, consisting of two open rooms with high ceilings. I only moved in last December and have carried out some renovation work. It has been freshly painted and wallpapered.
On the ground floor, there is a toilet and an open kitchen. On the first floor, there is a large room, a shower, a washing machine, and a toilet.
Both rooms are furnished (sofa, 2 TVs, shelves, dresser, vanity, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers).

Due to the location, the apartment is very tempting as a party place, but I definitely do not want that!
