I’m subletting my beautiful flat in Berlin Friedrichschain for 2,5 months (flexible dates)
From 27.12.24 till 16.03.2024

The apartment is 67m² but looks bigger. On the first floor, very bright, with high ceilings, and large windows facing east that let in plenty of natural light.
There is a large entrance, bathroom, a large kitchen, a spacious living room and a same sized bedroom with a workstation. The flat is suitable for a couple or for a single person. It faces to the nice yard and it is super quiet here.




What is included in the package:
- Double bed with bedsheets
- kitchen with fridge, over, juice extractor, kettle and all the essentials to cook nice meals.
- washing machine in the bathroom
- desk with extra screen if you need to work
- projector for movies
- Dyson hoover to keep it clean
- Sofa that can be open and becomes a large bed
- Half of the wardrobe will be empty for you
- Bike with coaster brakes

Please note, this is not a vacation rental property; it is my home, so some of my personal items will be present, but there will be enough space for you to keep yours. The building is relatively new and keeps the apartment warm and cozy throughout the colder months.
