Hello!
We will spend 6 weeks abroad and decided to share our home with someone who’d like to experience our neighborhood in Berlin.
Our apartment is on the top floor (there is an elevator) including a rooftop terrace with a barbecue.There’s everything you could wish for and it’s great for working from home and living - it’s completely furnished and ready to be lived in.
Some highlights include:
-180x200 box spring bed
-LG smart tv incl. IPTV
-bathroom with bathtub and shower
-Espresso machine, juicer, all kinds of kitchen appliances
-everything you would need for a baby or toddler: bathtub, bed, toys, stroller etc
-fast internet
-all windows have been renewed a month ago, so it’s super quiet. The windows in the bed room can be fully darkened.
-Optional home office desk with comfy chair (can be removed if you shouldn’t need it - it’s visible on the picture of the living room)
-Very safe apartment, it can only be accessed via a code or the elevator which requires a key
We will fly on the evening of January 1st and land back on February 10th. We would sublet the apartment for a total of 2.200€ for the whole duration. We would also require a deposit of 800€.

Sonntagstr. is a street with tons of restaurants, bars, spätis etc and lots of parks that are close by.
The best thing is you need 3 min max to Ostkreuz where you can take any public transportation to easily access different parts of Berlin. I really love the location just for this. BER airport is only one stop the Regionalbahn.
Saturdays we love the market at Boxi, and the walks to Stralau or Rummelsbucht. Before having a baby, we especially loved the short distance to most clubs.
We’re looking for responsible people who will take as much care as we do. Strongly prefer someone who can take the flat for the entire period.
