The apartment comprises 2 very spacious rooms, with the living room being the connecting room to the kitchen. This makes it ideal for use as a living and dining room and is therefore particularly suitable for couples or single people, but unfortunately not for shared flats.

Wir wohnen im wunderschönen Samariterkiez - beste Lage in Friedrichshain.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist somit sehr ruhig.
Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur U5 (Samariterstraße) und die Ringbahn mit der Storkower Straße & Frankfurter Allee sind in 10-12 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Samariterkiez hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

We live in the beautiful Samariterkiez - best location in Friedrichshain.
The apartment is in the rear building and is therefore very quiet.
The connection to public transportation is great. Only a few minutes walk to the U5 (Samariterstraße) and the Ringbahn with Storkower Straße & Frankfurter Allee are within 10-12 minutes walking distance.
The Samariterkiez has everything you need. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
