I offer my small and cozy apartment for the month of january. I know, its kinda last minute..

Non-smoker apartment - please keep it this way (also no balcony).
And please no parties in my apartment.
Located in a quiet part of Friedrichshain but in walking distance to the lively area.
Apartment is really quiet and facing the backyard.
Very good connection to public transport: You‘ll be in 1 min walking at the tram stop M10 or M21 or 5 minutes to U5.
Would be nice if you can water my plants, but dont worry they are easy going ;)
Theres a TV that can be set up if you need one - I usually dont use it..
Ahja coffee machine available, too!
