- located at Ostkreuz (7mins walking distance) + bus 194 and 347 at 2 mins walking distance
- available from 1st March

NECESSARY CONDITION TO APPLY
- you are willing to become Hauptmieter (main tenant)
- you are willing to buy our beautiful and new kitchen
- you are interested in buy some furniture
- your income is at least TWICE the price of the rent
- you have already all the needed documents to apply (shufa, last 3 payrolls, anmeldung)

ATTENTION
the current price is what we pay. It might increase because of the new contract stipulation as for the German law.

YOU CAN VISIT THE FLAT NEXT WEEK ON WEDNESDAY THE 1ST OF FEBRUARY, TIME WILL BE DECIDED TOGETHER ACCORDING YOUR AVAILABILITY.
