I'm going to travel for 2 months and renting my nice quiet apartment in the heart of Berlin. The 2-room apartment has 50sqm and is located in the front building. The flat is completely furnished with a comfortable bed, couch, dinner table, fridge, gas cooker, washing machine, clothes storage, flat screen TV and internet. The rooms are separate with the entry from the common hallway, in the living room is the big industrial window to the kitchen. From both rooms you can enter the big balcony. From the hallway, you enter the kitchen and bathroom. The connection to public transfer couldn't be better. 5-10 min by foot to S Station Ostkreuz, Nöldnerplatz, Rummelsburg and Tram M21 Marktstr.
Moving in between Christmas and NYE would be possible.

The area is awesome, it's really quiet and cozy with the cute old Berlin looking streets and houses. As well you're really close to the water area called Rummelsburger Bucht. Where you can have a nice little jog or walk around the lake. But in the same time you're located right in the middle of the city, and it just takes you a few minutes walk by foot to the pulsating life of Friedrichshain with cafe’s, bars and nightlife.
Because the flat is close to the train stations (Ostkreuz, Nöldnerplatz, Rummelsburg), the trains going by near the house, so you will have some noise if the windows are open but with closed windows the noise is really low.
In the additional cost (Nebenkosten) are water, heating, ... included.
In extra cost (Sonstige Kosten) are electricity, internet, gas, GEZ and insurance included.
