Ich werde ab Januar für ein Ehrenamt nach Mallorca gehen und auch von da aus arbeiten und möchte meine Wohnung für diese Zeit an 1 Person oder ein Paar untervermieten.
Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr groß, mit Balkon und einen Doppelbett. Regale und Kommode können während des Aufenthaltes genutzt werden.
Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Schallplattenspieler und viele Bücher für einen tollen Abend im Winter.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet aber ohne Geschirrspüler. Es kann alles genutzt werden.
Das Bad ist kleine aber fein mit einer schönen Badewanne.
Zusätzlich habe ich einen schönen Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage am Bersarinplatz. Der Supermarkt ist nur 2 Geh-Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich die M10 & U5.
Der bekannte Simon Dach Kiez und der Samariterkiez sind in 10Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und Bars und Wochenendmärkte am Boxi.
Wer den Winter in Berlin verbringt und diesen in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre verbringen möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse :)
The flat is close to Bersarinplatz. You can take the tram M10 or the U5 to get to Prenzlauer Berg, Alexanderplatz or Warschauer Strasse. It is situated in a quiet area close to Simon Dach Strasse where you will find loads of bars & restaurants.
