I am moving out on May 1st, but my contract is up on May 31st. The landlord will take a new tenant one month early if I find someone who is a working professional. You will sublet from me for May and as soon as the contract can be arranged you will take over. I had to provide a work contract to her in order to be accepted.
You will need to provide, play slips for 3 months, a working contract, ID, Shufa.
The studio is good for one person, the bathroom is very large and the building is very well kept. In the summer I walk through lavender fields to get to my flat. No joke, the housemaster takes garden maintenance very seriously, it is extremely well kept.
There is a 5m outdoor patio.
The Uban is 10m from the front door at Samaritestrasse Uban. The building is very quite and the floor heating is too hot most of the time. Even so the electric bill is very cheap, 111 a month. You're also able to get very Gigabit internet.
It is right on Frankfurter Allee which is busy, but there are lots of green spaces in side the complex. It is very quite and the building full of working professionals only.
