Wohnung ist im Seitenflügel/Hinterhaus, also komplett ruhig auch wenn man hier mitten im Kiez ist.
Knorrpromenade, Denkmalschutz in der ganzen Straße. Es ist sehr ruhig obwohl man hier mitten im Süd-Kiez wohnt.
Tram M13 = 2 min Fußweg, U-/S-/Ring-Bahn 6 min Fußweg (Ostkreuz und Frankfurter Allee).
In 2-5min erreicht man von hier Busse 240, Straßenbahn M13, S-Bahn Ringbahn (Ostkreuz, Warschauer, Frankfurterallee und U-bahn U5 (Samariterstraße/Frankfurterallee).
Ich möchte die vollständige Kaution direkt bei Mietvertragabschluss.
Das Bad mit großer Badewanne hat ein großes Fenster
in der großen Küche steht ein Gasherd (Kochen geht damit sehr schnell)
Die Nachbarn im Haus sind nett und stressfrei.
Ich brauche keine Schufa (request now) etc. wer nicht rechtzeitig zahlt, fliegt fristlos raus.
