Hello!
I am subletting my lovely two room flat from March 1st till April 15 (or 20) 2025. The flat is located in the fourth floor, Hinterhaus in a quiet street in between Ostkreuz and Treptower Park.
There are two rooms, a big living room, a smaller bedroom and a kitchen where you can sit comfortably with two people. The bathroom has a window and a small bath tub. All windows are facing to the south so the flat is very bright. The flat is fully furnished and there is everything you need: WiFi, washing machine, stove, fridge, vacuum cleaner etc. No dishwasher though ;)
The flat is suitable for one person or a couple.
The flat is located in a very quiet street in between Ostkreuz and Treptower Park. Groceries and a bus stop are right around the corner and it's an 8 minute walk to Ostkreuz. The Spree and Alt-Stralau are just 2 minutes from the flat and Plänterwald is also super close - a perfect location for runners! Sonntagskiez and Boxhagener Platz are a short walk or bike ride away, so it really is the perfect combination between Kiez, nature and quiet living environment.
There is space in the yard to store your bike safely.
The end date is a bit flexible between April 15th and 20, depending on your needs and some logistics on my side.
I am looking for someone quiet and attentive who takes good care of the flat, the furniture and my plants. It`s a non-smoking apartment.
