I sublet my 2-room-appartment for exactly 2 months (Jan+Feb 2025). It has one bedroom and one living room which I use as my work-station, as I work mostly in Home-Office.
The apartment has 2 balconies. My bedroom has a double bed.

The monthly lease is 850 Euro (per month). Deposit = 300 Euro.

Payment of deposit has to take place first in order to finalize the agreement. Proof of payment will be provided. I also require your ID (or passport, for non EU-citizens) and an official document form a German authority certifying your address in Germany (Anmeldebescheinigung). I will provide the same documents from my side. There will be no agreement prior to receiving the required documents and payment of Deposit- no reservation possible.
A sub-lease contract will be provided. Unfortunately, there is no possibility of your first Anmeldung in Germany under my address.

It is in a very central area, just behind Ostbahnhof, with multiple public transport choices.
Apart from Ostbahnhof the apartment is very close to the line U5 (stations Strausberger Platz and Weberwiese). Supermarkets within 3 minutes. Inside Ostbahnhof 3 Supermarkets stay open even on Sundays.

I will prefer people who have to move to Berlin for a short period because of their job (like I have to go somewhere else due to work) or internship and the like. Or people who already work in Berlin and just need a temporary stay for 2 months until they find their permanent home.

Very important:
I am looking for smbd who has a similar lifestyle to mine. A quite person who doesn´t disturb the neighbors with loud music, parties etc. Keeping the apartment clean and taking care of the furniture and other apartment-stuff is a prerequisite.

* Smoking is strictly forbidden; this is an exclusively non-smokers apartment.
