The Flat is pretty Big and Bright. In the morning the sun falls into the Room and walks around the Flat. The terrace has around 40qm.
All rooms with direct sunlight.
The 6. Floor has a lift (which is getting repaired atm). You have a big sleeping room, made for two persons.
the living room has enough space to live and chill.
The terrace has a stunning view over Berlin and a place for a BBQ or some nice Dinner or just relaxing on the outdoor bed. Winter will be different oc.
Most furniture are vintage and need to be handled with care. Kitchen is fully equipped, you have wifi and a bathtube, bathroom has a window for fresh air.
Your bedroom has a big bed and a lot of space. Full furnitured. More space to storage is in the livingroom as well.
Possible to have two people in the bedroom, livingroom has extra space and in warm days you could even sleep outside under the stars if you feel like.
The living room is spacious and has a dining table as well. Plus the best thing, you have a projector for a cinema feeling.
The Flat is located in the heart of Friedrichshain and is the extention of the famous Simon-Dach-Str but the quite part :)
Everything you need is just around the corner and about 5-10min away.
6-8min walking way to warschauerstr.
Boxhagener platz is around the corner too.
Free Parking behind the building and on the other side of the cross road.
Smoking just outside on the terrace.
There will be a signed contract for both sides safety.
