Gemütliche Wohnung zur Untermiete

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Neuankömmlinge in Berlin und Studenten (die Beuth Uni ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt), aber auch jeder Andere ist hier willkommen. Zu meiner gemütlichen ca 41qm großen Wohnung gehört eine geräumige Küche, ein kleines aber feines Bad und ein Wohnzimmer mit Durchgang zum separaten Schlafzimmer. Es ist ein typischer Altbau mit lackierten Dielen und hohen Decken. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, Bett und Waschmaschine darf mitbenutzt werden.

Die Anbindung an die Öffis ist super (U8, U9, S-Bahn und RB, Tram und Bus in alle Richtungen), es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Menge zum Entdecken des "unberührten" Weddings. Aber die Hotspots der Stadt sind auch in der Nähe.

Gerne möchte ich meine Wohnung an jemand vertrauenswürdigen untervermieten. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns vorher kennenlernen können und beide ein gutes Gefühl haben. Daher freue ich mich über Deine Nachricht, gerne mit einer kurzen Selbstbeschreibung.

This flat is for sub-rental only. It's perfect for newcomers and students, but everybody is welcome who needs a place for almost one month.

This typical berlin-style flat has a roomy kitchen, a small but comfortable bathroom and a sunny livingroom with an ensuite bedroom. WLAN provided. Free parking in front of the house.
It is located in a small and quiet street. There are plenty of grocery stores, selling a good Humus and there is a Lidl around the corner as well. The flat serves you with all comfort. Here you can instantly feel at home to explore the city in a relaxed mood!

The flat is perfectly located to head for all main attractions of the city: at Gesundbrunnencenter (5 Minutes walk) depart Ringbahn and the S1/S2 to Mitte and Schöneberg or you can reach Prenzlauerberg as well as the Mauerpark in just 10 Minutes walk. Viewing the sunset on the Humboldthain Bunker is a 8 minutes walk away and the U8 brings you comfortably to the south of Berlin, for instance to Kreuzberg.
