Ich ziehe Anfang März aus meiner Wohnung aus und der Vertrag läuft erst Ende April aus. Um nicht doppelt Miete zu zahlen, würde ich sie für die restliche Zeit gern untervermieten. Dementsprechend wird die Wohnung unmöbliert sein. Mir ist bewusst, dass das bei kurzfristiger Untermiete ungünstig ist. Eine Zweisitzer-Schlafcouch könnte ich wenn nötig noch in der Wohnung lassen. Die Küche samt Küchentisch wird vorerst drin bleiben, muss aber zum Ende hin entsorgt werden. Einige Töpfe, Teller und Besteck könnten ebenfalls in der Wohnung bleiben. Eine Nachmiete ist ausgeschlossen. Spätestes Auszugsdatum ist der 27.04., damit genug Zeit ist um die Übergabe vorzubereiten. Paare willkommen, Zimmer können auch einzeln vermietet werden.

I'm moving out of my flat at the beginning of March and my lease will only end at the end of April. To avoid paying rent twice I'd like to sublet the place for the remainder of my lease. Due to these circumstances the flat will be unfurnished. I am aware that that is inconvenient for a short-term sublet. If necessary, I could leave a two-seater pullout sofa in the flat. The kitchen with a table and 4 chairs will remain in the flat for the moment, but will have to be removed towards the end of the lease. Some pots, dishes and cutlery could also be left in the flat. The flat can not be taken over after the lease ends. Latest move-out date is 27/04 so I have enough time to prepare the handover. Couples are welcome, rooms can also be rented separately.
