Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 56qm groß, hat 3 Zimmer und ist ideal geschnitten. Aktuell werden die Zimmer als Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Büro/Ankleidezimmer genutzt. Letzteres hätte aber auch die ideale Größe für ein Kinderzimmer.
Das Tageslichtbad ist modern gefliest, auch die Armaturen sind erst vor wenigen Jahren erneuert worden.
Die Küche (mit Spülmaschine) muss vom Nachmieter gegen einen kleinen Abschlag übernommen werden. Auf Wunsch können ggf. auch ein moderner Kühlschrank (dunkelgrau, Retrolook) und eine Waschmaschine übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen in Berlin Schöneweide/Johannistal. Zu Fuß sind beide S-Bahnstationen in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Durch die Flughafenlinien ist man zu jeder Tageszeit gut angebunden, in ca. 10min ist man am Ostkreuz oder der Warschauer Straße.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Tür.
Ich bin erst kürzlich in die Wohnung eingezogen. Da ich allerdings neu in Berlin bin, zieht es mich weiter in die nördlichen Stadtteile, in denen meine Freunde leben.
Ich würde daher gerne gegen eine Wohnung im Ring tauschen. Ab 40qm, bis 850€ warm, ab 1,5 Zimmer.
