Hello,

I am subletting my beautiful flat for a few weeks in July as I will not be there myself. Let me know if you are looking for something for 2-3 months.

It is a 100 sqm 3 room flat with kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor above the flat is a maisonette terrace, my atelier (for work). The space is accessible by key if you wish to use the terrace and will only be used by you :). The photos give a limited impression, it is a beautiful space. The apartment is located on the 4th and 5th floor of an Altbau and has tons of light. You must water plants or allow me to organize someone to come by daily for watering.

The flat is centrally located near the lively, popular Kottbusser Tor: Bars, shopping, restaurants and museums are within walking distance.

I am clearing the flat in advance, as can also be seen in the photos of the rooms - The terrace will continue to be used as an attic/workroom/storage (tidied up, of course) and may only be used as a terrace. The stored material is not available for use.

The mattresses and slatted frames are high quality and were bought in January 2023! white goods not older than 2 years. Basic kitchen supply and kitchen appliances
(juicer, rice cooker, blender).

I will show the flat in advance via Zoom for viewing or more pics and if agreed, I will be happy to send confirmation of registration and a passport.

I have lived here for a long time and the relationship with my neighbors is important to me, so I am looking for tenants that are not using the apartment for around-the-clock partying. Of course, you can enjoy the terrace at dinner. The flat will be rented to a maximum of two people. A deposit is to be paid in advance, I do not require any further documentation, but a recommendation from a previous landlord is helpful.
