Ich vermiete vom 01.03. bis zum 30.09. meine 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs an eine Einzelperson.
(Paar ist auch möglich, dann kommen 50 EUR Mietaufschlag für höhere Energiekosten dazu)
Hochgelegen im 10. Stock, fast Rundumblick über die Stadt, großer Balkon. Geräumiges Hochbett. Die Küche ist klein, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht. W-lan, Waschmaschiene und Fernseher vorhanden.
Sehr verkehrsgünstig. Zwei U-Bahnlinien und mehrere Buslinien sind direkt vor der Haustür. Durch die zentrale Lage ist die Wohnung nicht sehr ruhig. Man ist "mitten im Geschehen". Die Fenster isolieren aber sehr gut.

From March 1st to September 30th I sublet my 1,5-room apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg to a single person. Both dates are a bit flexible.
(couple also possible. For two persons would be a monthly extra of 50 EUR because of energy costs)
10th floor, several breathtaking views over the city, big balcony, spacious loftbed. The kitchen is small but offers everything you need. wifi, wasching machine and TV are available.
The apartment is central as can be, U-trains and busses at the front door. Due to the central location it is not really a quiet residential area. But the windwos isulate well.
