90m2 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Kreuzberg

This apartment which we call home lies along the beautiful Maybachufer. It has a Japanese bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and induction stove. High-speed internet is included and the apartment is lovingly renovated and fully furnished. There are two bedrooms and a living room. Ideally we are looking for a family or a couple to rent our space while we are away.

Available from 11 January 2025 till 28 February 2025 only.

It is possible to rent the whole apartment for 1800€ or as a WG, 2 rooms available: master bedroom (for 1 person 900€ or 1 couple 1100€) and the smaller room for 700€.

We would like to have tenants who are respectful, clean and do not mind watering our house plants once a week. Ideally you have had experience with a living in a flatshare or a WG so you already know how it is like to share common areas and keeping those places clean and comfortable for others. Strictly NO parties please.

If you would to rent for a shorter period, it is also possible. The price per day is 100 Euros, per week 500 euros. Ideally, however, we would prefer to rent to whoever takes our place for the longest period.

No registration (Anmeldung) possible, no smoking and no pets allowed.

It is located 5 mins away from Schonleinstraße and is close to Graefekiez and Bergmannkiez, many nice restaurants in the neighbourfood e.g. Zola, Lila and so on.
