Kreuzberg / Bergmannkiez - 2 Zimmer (55qm) in 3 Zimmer Wohnung (120qm)

Ich vermiete zwei große (jeweils etwa 27qm) zusammenhängende und möblierte Zimmer (Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer) in einer etwa 120qm großen Altbauwohnung in bester Lage (Bergmannstraße) in Kreuzberg. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit freistehender Badewanne und eine vollausgestatte Küche (s. Fotos). Ein Arbeitsplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden, so dass man auch gut im Homeoffice /remote arbeiten kann.
WICHTIG: Eines der drei Zimmer der Wohnung wird von meinem Bruder (47) bewohnt, der aber nur alle zwei Wochen (dann für eine Woche) da ist. Die restliche Zeit hast / habt ihr die Wohnung also für Dich/Euch. Das Zimmer meines Bruders kann natürlich nicht genutzt werden.

I am renting out two large (about 27sqm each) connected and furnished rooms (bedroom and living room) in an apartment of about 120sqm total in a prime location (Bergmannstraße) in Kreuzberg. There is a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen (see photos). A workplace is also available, so that you can also work well in the home office /remote.
IMPORTANT: one of the three rooms in the apartment is occupied by my brother (47), but he is only there every two weeks (then for a week). The rest of the time you would have the apartment for yourself. Of course, my brothers room cannot be used.
