ich verreise und möchte meine Wohnung gerne untervermieten in dieser Zeit (möbliert). Es handelt sich um eine Einzimmer-Wohnung in Kreuzberg, 4. OG, ohne großen Schnickschnack, aber preis-Leistung sind schwer in Ordung. Ich suche nach einer vertrauenswürdigen Person, meine Sachen (Gitarre, Bücher, ..). können aber gerne benutzt werden. Ich werde selbstverständlich Platz schaffen, damit du / Sie nicht aus dem Koffer leben musst.

I will be travelling from december till february and want to subrent my appartment (with furniture) during that time.
It is a small studi wohnung situated in Kreuzberg, 4th floor, nothing superfancy but good in terms of price-ratio.
I am looking for a reliable person, but still you are very welcome here and may use my stuff of course. I will make some space for you, so you don't need to live only from your coffin.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen aber schönen Ecke von Kreuzberg, Nähe Gräfekiez.
Anbindung ist per U7 Richtung Hermannplatz und M41 Richtung Hauptbahnhof / Sonnenallee vorhanden.
Ich kann auch mein Rennrad ausleihen.
Hier gibt es Pizza, indisches Essen und ein paar vegane Optionen zu essen, der Bergmannkiez ist nicht weit.
Kanal und Hasenheide sind nicht weit.

The street is rather quiet, but the beautiful Gräfe- and Bergmannkiez are just beside.
Public transports is best with U7 and M41. You may also use my bike if need be.
There is Pizza, Indian food and some vegan options available, the Landwehrkanal and Hasenheide are close.
