2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete / 2-room apartment for sublet

Meine kleine, helle Wohnung liegt direkt am Landwehrkanal mit Blick aufs Wasser.
Es gibt eine Einbauküche mit allem, was dazu gehört, ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Tisch und Platz zum Leben.

! Die Wohnung ist trotz der zwei Zimmer nicht als WG-geeignet angegeben, da zwischen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer keine Tür vorhanden ist und es nur ein Bett gibt. Von mir aus, könnten aber ein Paar oder zwei Personen hier einziehen, die sich das zusammen vorstellen können !

Die zwei Zimmer sind direkt miteinander verbunden und zeigen zur Straße, sowie zum Ufer und sind sehr hell. Die Fenster sind gut Schallisoliert und neu, sodass man nichts hört, wenn sie geschlossen sind.

Das kleine Bad und die kleine Küche zeigen Richtung Innenhof. Dort ist es sehr ruhig und etwas dunkler. Es gibt eine Badewanne sowie eine Dusche und ein BD. Außerdem gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Töpfen etc. Ich habe auch allerlei Küchengeräte, wir können uns vorher mal besprechen, was so gebraucht wird. ;) Leider gibts keine Mikrowelle.

My small, bright apartment is located directly by the Landwehr Canal with a view of the water.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom, and a large living room with a couch, table, and space to relax.

! Although the apartment has two rooms, it is not officially listed as suitable for shared living (WG), since there is no door between the living and bedroom and only one bed. However, I am open to a couple or two people moving in who are comfortable sharing the space together. !

The two rooms are directly connected, facing the street and the waterfront, and are very bright. The windows are well soundproofed and new, so you won’t hear outside noise when they are closed.

The small bathroom and kitchen face the quiet inner courtyard, which is a bit darker. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and bidet, as well as a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pots, and more. I also have various kitchen appliances, and we can discuss in advance if you need anything specific. ;) Unfortunately, there’s no microwave.
