Sie hat eine große Wohnküche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und ausklappbarem Gästebett, ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett (180x200cm). Bad (mit Badewanne) und WC sind getrennt. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Obergeschoss, und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist in einem wunderschönen Altbau in einer ruhigen Straße im lebendigen Wrangelkiez gelegen, zur nächsten U-Bahn Schlesisches Tor läuft man ca. 7 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist in Kreuzberg im wrangelkiez, Zur Ubahn (schlesisches Tor) sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es gibt zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Supermärkte (Rewe, nachkauf) sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
Da ich im genannten Zeitraum nicht in Berlin bin, würde ich meine Wohnung in dieser Zeit gerne an eine ruhige und ordentliche Person oder ein Paar untervermieten (keine Partys etc., da ruhige Hausgemeinschaft).
