Lovers & Loverines, we rent out our beautiful home for the month of May. Its two spacious rooms, aesthetically furnished, fully equipped and in top location.
You have a balcony, a bath tub, a kitchen with everything you need, a beamer in the bedroom, yoga mat and co of course, a library of interesting books and all sorts of board games. Amongst many other amanities. A repeating visual topic in the flat is erotica, so you should be fine with that.
The bedroom is nicely to the backyard, therefore you indeed wake up with the sounds of the birds : )
The flat is located just next to the canal which is great for walks and coffee in the sun, and Kottbusser Tor with U8 and U1 takes you easily to the whole city. Maaaaany many bars, restaurants and all sorts of fitness studios around.
Ideally the flat is for one person or a couple. Though it is also possible to put a mattress in the liviing room.
