We are offering our lovely and bright flat for ~3 weeks while we are away. The building is new (so everything works), is fully electric as an energy source, has a big balcony overlooking a park and primary school (open space) and has floor to ceiling windows and underfloor heating.

The flat is clean and designed for people living there: we have a fully stocked kitchen, air purifier/humidifier, plants, etc — to feel like home as opposed to a comercial property.

The flat is also on a quiet street and the bedroom gets fully dark at night so you are guaranteed the best night’s sleep.

There are two rooms (bright bedroom, living room/kitchen) and a large bathroom that feels like a spa (shower room + bathtub).

The dates are negotiable, but ideally we’re looking for someone who would like to be here the whole period.

The flat is part of a new building (built in 2020) nearby Potsdamer Platz (10 min walk), Tempodrom (3 min walk), Tiergarten & The Philarmonie (20 min walk), Branderburger Tor (25min walk) and is very well connected by public transport (probably the most well connected place I’ve ever lived in with the amount of choice and lines)

U-bahn: 4 min walk (U1, U3, U7)
S-Bahn: 9 min walk (S1, S2, S25, S26)
Many buses taking you in every direction of the city

We can also leave you our 2x bikes for going around the city. :)

The price is €1100 for the entire period or €70 per night

this is what we are paying and not trying to earn a profit from this, rather want to find someone trustworthy to enjoy the apartment while we are away (and watering the plants would be wonderful😅🙏). We're looking forward to hearing from you!
