Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern: ein großes Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum, eine geräumige Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung zum Kochen und ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch sowie einem Schreibtisch für Home-Office. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der separate „Kino-Raum“ mit Sofa und Projektor – ideal für gemütliche Filmabende.
Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Garten, der zwar etwas vernachlässigt ist, aber dennoch eine schöne Möglichkeit bietet, draußen zu sitzen, zu lesen oder einen Kaffee zu genießen.

The apartment has three rooms: a spacious bedroom with plenty of storage, a large kitchen fully equipped for cooking, and a bright living room with a dining table and a desk for home office work. A special highlight is the separate "cinema room" with a sofa and projector—perfect for cozy movie nights.
There is also a small garden, which is a bit neglected but still a nice spot to sit outside, read, or enjoy a coffee.
I am looking for a reliable, tidy, and respectful person or couple who will appreciate my home and ideally help water my plants while I’m away.
