bitte rufe am besten direkt, besser abends an:
ich suche eine zwischenmieterin ab dem 15. mai bis zum 15 juni, maximal bis ende juni. auch wochenweise möglich.
ich bin in dieser zeit für 2 wochen unterwegs,.d.h. die gesamte wohnung waere fuer dich verfügbar. ansonsten bin ich sowieso häufig nicht da- du hast also viel platz, licht(grosse fenster/bänke auch zum drauf sitzen statt balkon)und ruhe, wenn du sie brauchst, aber ebenso leben und ein stück freundliches berlin vor der tür:
die whg liegt zentral direkt am görlitzer park und am kanal, es gibt also viel grün, sonne, cafes u internet, die U-linie 1 und sympatische menschen.
die miete errechnet sich aus 125/wo fuer die gesamte whg und 50/woche fuer ein zimmer.
ich suche eine nach absprache auch 2 unkomplizierte freundliche mitbewohnerinNen fuer diese zeit- falls du z.B auf der suche nach einer whg fuer laenger bist, koennten wir notfalls auch ne moeglichkeit ueber den sommer finden.
lookin for a flatmate: for 2 weeks u can use the whole flat with a lot of free space cause I am leaving and for 2 weeks(maximal 4 weeks till july) you can have one room, if you need with bed etc.
so from 15. of may till 15. of june it ll be: 350euro. 2 people are possible as well. the area is central of berlin with parks, fr(eaky)iendly people, Internet, cafes blabla.........
