Die Atelier-Wohnung (65qm) liegt im DG (5.OG) eines Altbaus und hat keinen Aufzug. Sie besteht aus einer großen Fläche und einem Bad mit Badewanne. Es ist eine Wohnung für Singles / Pärchen und nicht WG-geeignet. Zu den genannten Kosten kommen ua Gas- und Stromkosten (Gasetagenheizung) dazu. Ein kleines Keller-Abteil gehört zur Wohnung. Die Nachtspeicher-Heizungen / Elektroradiatoren auf den Fotos wurden inzwischen mit regulären Radiatoren ersetzt. Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert!
The studio flat(65sqm) lies directly beneath the roof in the 5th level of the building. There is no elevator. It is one large room with a detached bathroom with bathtub. It does not suit flatshares but can be used by singles / a couple. A small cellar unit belongs to the flat. The stated costs excludes gas which has to be paid individually (for heating and warm water) and electricity. The flat is not furnished!
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Chamissioplatz im beliebten Bergmannkiez. Von der Lage gibt es kaum Schöneres in Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen schönen Ausblick. Vor der Tür gibt es viel Gastronomie und Einzelhandel.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Haltestelle Platz der Luftbrücke (U6). Die Haltestelle Mehringdamm (U6/U7) liegt 10 Minuten entfernt.
