Schöne 2,5 Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung direkt im Graefekiez. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Pärchen oder eine 2er WG.
Zur Wohnung:
Alle Zimmer haben Dielen und hohe Decken. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell und in einem guten Zustand. Ein großes Zimmer mit Stuckdecken und kleinem Balkon nutzen wir als Wohnzimmer. Außerdem hat die Wohnung ein weiteres großes Zimmer (Durchgang) und ein kleines Zimmer, die nach hinten zum Hof gehen. Die Küche ist geräumig und es gibt genug Platz zum gemeinsam Sitzen. Dazu gibt es ein typisches Berliner Bad mit Dusche.

Nice 2,5 room apartment directly at Graefekiez. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a flatshare for two people.
About the apartment:
All rooms are equipped with timber pillings and a high ceiling. Overall, the apartment is very light and in a good condition. We are using a large room with plastering at the ceiling and a small balcony as our living room. On top, there is another large room and a comparatively small room, which are facing the backyard. The spacious kitchen has enough room for having dinners or sitting with friends.
Perfekte Lage direkt im Graefekiez
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ecke zur Graefestraße und ist sehr gut erreichbar - zum Hermannplatz, zur Schönleinstraße und zum Südstern sind es ca. 5-10 Minuten. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle. Im Kiez gibt es unzählige Cafes, Kneipen, Restaurants, Eisdielen und kleine Läden - direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt. Urbanhafen, Landwehrkanal, Hasenheide und Tempelhof sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Perfect Location at Graefekiez
Our apartment is situated directly at the corner to Graefestraße. There are plenty of U-Bahn stations in direct proximity: Hermannplatz, Schönleinstraße, Südstern. Also, there is a busstop right in front of the house. At Graefekiez there are numerous bars, cafes, small shops - there is a supermarket directly opposite to the apartment. Urbanhafen, Landwehrcanal, the park Hasenheide and Tempelhof airport are in ten minutes walking distance.
