Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für eine 2 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung in Kreuzberg, direkt am Hermannplatz. Hervorragend an die Öffis angebunden (U7 und U8, diverse Buslinien vor der Tür). Besonders schön: hohe Decken in jedem Zimmer, alle Zimmer mit dreifachverglasten Fenstern, so dass man in der Wohnung Ruhe hat. Die Fenster sind zudem sehr hoch, weshalb die Zimmer lichtdurchflutet sind. Es kann ein Keller angemietet werden (100€ Jahresmiete). Die Nachbarn sind die perfekte Mischung aus Familien und WG´s. Die Wohnung wurde auch als 2er WG genutzt und ist dafür absolut tauglich.
BESICHTIGUNGSTERMIN: nach vorheriger Absprache per Mail am Samstag,11.02.2017, zwischen 14und 16Uhr.
