Renting my apartment in Berlin Kreuzberg from 18.12.2024 to 03.02.2025 (47 days) and possibly 1 month longer. 🏡
☀️ The 2-room apartment faces south, making it very bright with direct sunlight into the living room. There's also a south-facing balcony overlooking the backyard. The apartment is stylishly decorated and adorned with some plants.
IMPORTANT: Please only cat lovers. My lovely, quiet, and super-friendly cat will stay at the apartment.

- Conveniently located 5 min from Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Edeka, and Rewe supermarkets. 🥝🍅
- Popular attractions include the Berlin Wall, East Side Gallery, Canal, and Spree River.
The rent is 1050 euros per month. Therefore, 1550 euros for the 47 days.

- Maybachufer with markets on Tuesdays & Fridays and flea markets on Sundays (by the canal).
- Supermarkets just 5 minutes walk (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe).
