Hallo liebe Menschen!
Ich vermiete meine komplett möblierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs, direkt am Görlitzer Park, unweit vom Landwehrkanal.
Ich suche eine vertrauenswürdige Person, die sich vorstellen kann, meine Wohnung für anderthalb Monate (ca. 1.5.-15.6.) zur Zwischenmiete zu bewohnen. Die Miete für den Gesamtzeitraum beträgt 1.500 € inkl. aller Nebenkosten.
Es ist alles da, was man zum Leben braucht: Küche mit dem ganzen Schnickschnack, Bettwäsche und Co., Internet und ach so, klar: Bus, U-Bahn, Supermarkt, Bars und Co. in der Nähe.
