We offer a sunny, friendly, quite and simple 3-room Appartement in the centre of Kreuzberg on the 4th floor, 65 qm usable, with south balcony and WLAN, ideal for a couple or 1 person (no-smoker ) from 18th July to 17th of August (a parking lot can be rent additionally for EUR 100)
We would like to put our extra stuff in one room (it is the room from our kid), so you could use the two other rooms; two beds, one double, one single available. Dishwasher and Washing Machine; Shower.
It is 800.- per month (Electric and Internet inclusiv), it's the rent we pay, no extra money... But we need a security deposit of 800.-
We are looking forward to let our flat to friendly, serious people that we would like to meet.
Sehr zentral in Kreuzberg gelegen, dennoch ruhig, nahe U-Bahnstation Görlitzer Bahnhof (5 Min); zwischen Görlitzer Park und Landwehrkanal.
