Beuatifull huge and bright flat in the middle of kreuzberg

PLEASE, read the discription first and realize the price (the price is for the 3 rooms) aswell befor you write me.. ;)

I´m renting out my beautiful and bright flat in the middle of Kreuzberg (Görlitzer Bahnhof). I´ll spend the winter in portugal.

What you would rent:
Yo´ll rent 3 rooms out of a 4 room apartment. The flat is in total 127m² big. The 3 rooms are connected to each other. There is one living room which is about 27m² with “Fischgrätenparkett” and a table soccer. The room in the middle is a dining room (18m²) with a big wooden table for 6 people. The last room is the bedroom (22m²) with a balcony. Those 2 rooms have “Dielenboden”. All rooms have very high seelings, stucko, large windows and “Flügeltüren”.

What you have to know:
I will keep the 4th room. My plan is to go to Portugal during the winter time. but from time to time i have to come back to berlin for work. hopefully not too often. Even if i am in Berlin i´m usually not home very often.


The rest of the flat:

There is a large kitchen with an “umluft” oven and a gas stove. I also have a dishwasher and a freezer. There is a small space to eat. The flat has 2 bathrooms with floor heating. One has just a toilet and a basin. The other one is the main bathroom with a bathtube, toilet and basin.


Extras:

Everything is included in the price. No extra costs. I have a cleaning lady coming ones a week. she´s doing the common areas. if you want to keep her it would be 100 euro extra a months
