You‘re renting my beautiful apartment in Kreuzberg on Oranienplatz. It‘s spacious, airy and gets plenty of natural light year round.
It‘s fully equipped with a king size bed, huge dining room and a living room with sofas, lounge chairs as well as a projector and screen, plus a hifi system that connects via bluetooth.
There‘s a very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus lots of well tended to greenery in almost every room.
You‘re in the heart of Kreuzberg, but just away from the noise and buzz of Oranienstrasse. All dining, drinking and shopping options one could desire are within walking distance. Numerous bus and subway lines are 1-3 minutes away and street parking is usually available. It‘s a quiet residential building, with many older neighbors.
I‘m looking for a responsible single or couple as this space is very dear to my heart and I would want it to be treated with respect and care as you would your own home, especially since I‘m subletting it at cost. Proof of personal liability insurance (Privathaftpflichtversicherung) is mandatory (costs a few € a month and can be applied for online).
Please note that this flat is suited for singles and couples only, no flatshare and it‘s not good for children unfortunately.
PS: There's lots of plants in the flat, I would ask you to water them per my instructions.
