Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
da ich für 1 Monat beruflich unterwegs sein werde, vermiete ich meine traumhafte 2-Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, ist voll ausgestattet, im Wohnzimmer habe ich ne kleine gemütliche Couch und Tisch. Die offene Küche hat alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Aus Platzgründen gibts keinen Geschirrspüler, dafür eine Top-Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner. Das Schlafzimmer kann man extrem gut abdunkeln wenn man das möchte und bietet genug Stauraum für all deine Sachen und Kleidung. Hier befindet sich zudem der 2. Schreibtisch.
Da ich selber nicht TV schaue und keinen Kaffee trinke, gibt es leider keinen Fernseher und Kaffeemaschine, dafür 10 Cafés um die Ecke :)
Meine Wohnung hat 2 Arbeitsplätze inkl. 1 Monitor - perfekt fürs Homeoffice :)
Die Wohnung ist schön hell, mit Blick auf die ruhigen Sarotti-Innenhöfe.

Dear housing seekers,
as I will be abroad for 1 month, I will rent my beautiful 2-room apartment.
The apartment is on the 4th floor, is fully equipped, in the living room I have a small comfortable couch and kitchen table. The open kitchen has everything you need for cooking. For space reasons there is no dishwasher, but a first-class washing machine incl. dryer. The bedroom can be darkened extremely well if you want and offers enough storage space for all your things and clothes. Here is also the 2nd work desk.
Since I don't watch TV and don't drink coffee, there is unfortunately no TV and coffee machine, but 10 coffee shops around the corner ;)
My apartment has 2 workstations including 1 computer screen - perfect for home office :)
The apartment is pretty bright, with a view of the Sarotti courtyards. (Sarotti was a historic German chocolate manufacturer).
Einerseits ist das Bergmann-Kiez eins der angesagtesten Viertel Berlins, andererseits ist die Wohnung äußerst ruhig.
- Top Lage, Bars, Kino, 3 Ubahn-Linien, Viktoriapark und unzählige Restaurants alles in 1-5 Minuten Gehweite
- die Ubahn-Linien U6, U7 quasi nebenan, U1 ist 10 Minuten entfernt
- die Supermärkte Edeka und Netto sind 4 Minuten entfernt
- Weltbekannte Curry 36 und Berlins bester Kebab (Mustafa) fast vor der Haustür
- Trotzdem 100% ruhig da Innenhof-Lage, direkt in den bekannten Sarotti-Höfen
- Tempelhoferfeld 10 Minuten entfernt
- Direkt im schönen Bergmann-Kiez: "Das Prenzlauerberg" von Kreuzberg: viel los, aber nicht so abgefucked wie Friedrichshain ;)

On the one hand the Bergmann-Kiez is one of the hippest neighborhoods in Berlin, on the other hand the apartment is quiet.
- Top location, bars, cinema, 3 underground lines, Viktoriapark and countless restaurants all within 1-5 minutes walking distance.
- the subway lines U6, U7 are almost next door, U1 is 10 minutes away
- the supermarkets Edeka and Netto are 4 minutes away
- World-famous Curry 36 and Berlin's best Kebab (Mustafa) almost on the doorstep
- Nevertheless 100% quiet because of the inner courtyard location, directly in the famous Sarotti courtyards.
- Tempelhoferfeld 10 minutes away
- Directly in the beautiful Bergmann-Kiez: the "Prenzlauerberg" of Kreuzberg: a lot going on, but not as fucked up as Friedrichshain ;)
Die Miete bezieht sich auf den gesamten Zeitraum und deckt alles ab. Die Kaution bekommst du am Ende zurück.
Leider keine Raucher oder Tierbesitzer erlaubt!
