Unsere gemütliche Altbauwohnung liegt mitten in Kreuzberg in ruhiger Lage in der Nähe des Kanals. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. Wir überlassen euch unsere 3- Zimmer Wohnung vom 11.4.2025 bis 26.4. 2025 (15 Tage). Der Preis für die gesamte Wohnung (für 1-3 Personen) beträgt 50€/Tag , also 750 € insgesamt + 50€ Nebenkosten (und nochmal 200 € für die Kaution, die ihr dann natürlich zurückbekommt, wenn wir unsere Wohnung heile zurückbekommen) :-)
Ihr könnt alles ganz normal mitbenutzen: Küche, Bad, Internet... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe, Späti in der Straße. Bus M29 um die Ecke, S- und U-Bahn ein Stück weit entfernt. Wir würden euch gerne vorher kurz kennenlernen, so dass wir die Übergabe gut gestalten können. Das geht natürlich auch online.
