Hi there! The flat is in a quiet courtyard on the third floor, with view of the sky and natural light during the day. It's quite private as no one can see directly inside. :)
Everything is newly renovated and clean. The bathroom is separate, off a small hall entry that has a coat rack, shoe rack, and hooks for umbrellas/keys, etc.
The kitchen is also separate but with an open doorway to the main living area. It's stocked with everything you need (except the fridge does not have a freezer box), and has a self-built breakfast bar with two stools.
The living area has a reading chair, a dining table, a comfy sofa, and a wall of self-built shelves with a desk at the bottom. The rollo blind on the window can double as a screen, if you have a projector. :D
Bed is 140x200. Towels and bed linens included, of course.
**The neighbors are very sensitive to noise, so absolutely no parties. Also no pets, sorry!**
The building is on Körtestraße in Kreuzberg, nestled between Landwehr canal and Hasenheide park. The area is great for cycling and walking around. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars are everywhere.
It's also very well connected to M41 bus (2 min walk) and U7 (5 min walk), just one stop from the U8 at Hermannplatz.
A friend in the back building will have a spare key in case you get locked out.
It would be wonderful if you could keep an eye on my plants and water when needed. :)
