Hello! We're out of the city for a few months and are looking for a friendly, respectful person or couple to move into our 2 room apartment in the heart of Kreuzkölln (aka where Kreuzberg meets Neukölln).
The 3rd floor apartment is a renovated (2014) altbau with high ceilings and a lovely wooden floor. It features a kitchen, a bathroom with WC and large shower, a living room and a bedroom. The bedroom and living rooms are particularly spacious.
We've emptied out the flat of our personal belongings as much as possible so that you can fill the space with your own things. In terms of furniture, we've left everything you need (e.g. bed, sofa, bookshelves, kitchen table, fridge, washing machine, basic utensils etc).
The apartment is located on Kottbusser Damm, just next to Hermannplatz (U7 & U8). There are many supermarkets within walking distance, as well as plenty of great restaurants and bars.
The price includes: rent, nebenkosten, electricity, water, heating, internet etc. Utilities are estimated at current prices. Please be aware that adjustments might have to be made in retrospect once we receive bills for the time period.
A couple of things to note:
- A deposit of 1200 EUR will be required, just to safeguard against damage of the apartment and / or furniture.
- We've initially stated that the apartment is free until March, but this could possibly be extended.
- Please don't get in touch if you're looking for a super short term apartment (i.e. less than a month).
- You would be asked to care for a few plants.
- No students.
