Die Wohnung hat ein recht großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Bad und Küche fallen daher etwas kleiner aus. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon mit einem Sofa aus Paletten.
Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank inkl. Tiefkühler, Spühlmaschine, Wasserhahn mit Filter, Waschmaschine, Gasherd und Elektro-Ofen.
Viele notwendige Gebrauchsgegenstände sind vorhanden und werden mit vermietet; z.B.
- Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher
- Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr etc
- Handtücher und Bettwäsche (sofern keine eigene vorhanden)
- WLAN Router
Ich werde außerdem noch einige Vorräte da lassen die genutzt werden können.
The flat has a fairly large living room and bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are therefore somewhat smaller. There is also a small balcony with a sofa made of pallets.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator incl. freezer, dishwasher, water tap with filter, washing machine, gas cooker and electric oven.
Many necessary utensils are available and are also rented; e.g.
- coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle
- pots, pans, dishes etc.
- Towels and bed linen (if you do not have your own)
- WLAN router
I will also leave some staples that can be used.

Der Bergmannkiez wird häufig als der schönste Kiez in Berlin bezeichnet. Die meisten Häuser sind renovierte Gründerzeitbauten mit schönen Stuckfasaden. Außerdem gibt es viele tolle Bars, Restaurants und Cafés in der Gegend. Die Bergmannstraße selber ist verkehrsberuhigter Bereich und der Kiez ist ausgiebig begrünt.
Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Berlin.
Über die U Bahn Stationen Gneisenaustraße (300m) und Mehringdamm (600m) kommt man schnell z.B. nach Mitte, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg oder Neukölln. An der Friedrichstraße ist man zum Beispiel in ca. 15min (5min laufen, 10min Bahnfahrt).
The Bergmannkiez is often described as the most beautiful neighbourhood in Berlin. Most of the houses are renovated Gründerzeit buildings with beautiful stucco facades. There are also many great bars, restaurants and cafés in the area. Bergmannstraße itself is a traffic-calmed area and the neighbourhood is extensively landscaped.
The flat is located in the centre of Berlin.
The underground stations Gneisenaustraße (300m) and Mehringdamm (600m) provide quick access to Mitte, Schöneberg, Charlottenburg and Neukölln. Friedrichstraße, for example, is about 15 minutes away (5 minutes walk, 10 minutes by train).
In der Wohnung gibt es eine recht gute Musikanlage. Die kann gerne genutzt werden, allerdings bitte ohne es zu übertreiben, um die Nachbarn nicht zu stören.
Bitte gut um die Pflanzen kümmern :)
There is a pretty good music system in the apartment. You are welcome to use it, but please do not overdo it so as not to disturb the neighbors.
