One of the best apartments you'll ever find in Berlin.
Unfortunately I'm leaving Berlin––looking for someone to take over the apartment.
Moving date: Oct 1st, a few days earlier could work too.

– 2 Bedrooms, 1 Modern Kitchen w/ Living Room combo.
– Kitchen: Dishwasher, Oven, Induction Cooker, Exhaust Fan, Fridge.
– Bathroom: Shower, Bath, Washing Machine, Natural Ceiling Light & Ventilation.
– Heaters that actually work during the winter!
– Fast Internet access installed in apartment.
– Large cellar available, Huge parking space behind building complex.
– Quiet, ideal for families, couples or young professionals. No flatshares, no students.
– Pets: TBD with Landlord, although other apartments in the building have them.
– 2' walk from U-bahn, S-bahn, railway (Lichtenberg).
– U5: 13' to Alexanderplatz
– S5, S7, S75: 3' to Ostkreuz, 7' to Warschauer
– ICE, RE trains.

Overall this place is fantastic but sadly I'm leaving Germany.
Lichtenberg is growing massively and I keep hearing it will be the next Neukölln/Williamsburg/Dalston etc.
Landlord is super nice, never had any issues with the apartment.
Ideally I want the process to go as smoothly and as quickly as possible, so no one's time is wasted.
Send me an email with a short intro, preferably with links to verify (LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, website etc.) and move-in date. I'll get back to max 5-10 people.
If selected, you'll get an email confirmation with timing, address, and required documentation for the landlord (usual passport copy, bank statements, salaries, recommendation letters, whatever helps you stand out).
Viewings will be in the weekend (9-10th Sept), also possible to set up viewings in the evenings the week after.
